National Grid is hiring an Analyst for our Fleet department, based in Syracuse, NY. This is a Hybrid role with time spent in the office as needed. Requirements
- Experience with various databases (SQL, Access, SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel)
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
Responsibilities
- Distribute and refine reporting for fleet garages and other stakeholders
- Manage system interfaces for accurate capture of key data points
- Manage the fuel card program and user needs (PINs, limit changes, etc)
- Manage user access review, approval and removal
- Support special fleet projects as needed
- Support sustainability through reporting and education of fleet requirements and vehicle capabilities
- Annual registration renewal and fleet permitting support
