The Analyst of Financial Asset Management supports day-to-day financial execution for the regional portfolio. The role focuses on portfolio maintenance, Investment Committee (IC) materials, and analytical support for asset management and transaction initiatives. The Analyst works closely with the Region Manager, Vice President, and broader regional teams to ensure that financial models, reports, and materials are accurate, timely, and consistent for regional decision-making. The position maintains asset-level financial models, updates them for leasing activity, capital expenditures, budget changes, and other asset-level events, and coordinates with property management and leasing teams to gather inputs. It also supports IC submissions, approved asset management projects, transaction underwriting and diligence, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analysis. The Analyst supports manager-led workflows and helps improve team efficiency and decision-making by building and using AI and PowerBI tools. The role requires a bachelor's degree; a major in finance, real estate, business, or economics is preferred. Entry-level candidates or those with up to one year of analyst experience are considered. ARGUS exposure is preferred but not required. The position offers a hybrid schedule: the first three days of the week in the office, with the balance remote optional. The stated base salary range is $75,000–$85,000, plus participation in an annual cash bonus plan. Brixmor also describes its benefits and perks package as supporting career engagement, growth, health, and connection with teammates and communities.
