Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or a similar analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills and ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations based on findings
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non-disclosure.

Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decision-making, including financial modeling, variance and scenario analysis, and business case development
Support high-priority strategic initiatives across Finance, M&A, and Integration by structuring problems into clear frameworks and developing actionable recommendations
Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, summaries, and briefing documents
Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and partner with senior team to present them
Organize and maintain key materials and documentation for internal stakeholders in a structured and clear way
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, HR, Operations, Technology, Solutions) to support integration execution
Assist in identifying value creation opportunities and tracking synergies, including cost efficiencies and operating model improvements
Support Finance integration activities across geographies, including monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies and highlighting key issues
Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operating models for the Finance function
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proactively highlight and address key issues
Develop and maintain project plans and materials to support execution and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Support the evolution of pricing guidelines, collaborating closely with business and client-facing teams
Analyze pricing data and identify opportunities with direct P&L impact
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline processes
