Strategic Finance Analyst
About The Position
CoreWeave is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join its new Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's financial strategy and enhance its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities. The analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and Corporate FP&A and will provide critical financial insights to inform executive decision-making and strategic planning. The team is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds from top-tier financial institutions, global technology companies, and fast-growing AI and software startups.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information.
- A proven ability to analyze financial data, identify key trends, and support strategic recommendations.
- A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information without required authorization, or eligible and likely to obtain the required export authorization.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of core financial models and cash flow forecasts.
- Provide analysis and support on high-impact strategic projects, including capital markets initiatives and fundraising strategies, working directly with the CFO and other leaders.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and narratives for executives and the Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents.
- Collaborate with teams across the company, such as FP&A and Accounting, to ensure seamless reporting and analysis.
- Help track and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress toward strategic goals.
