This role supports a high-growth Programmatic revenue segment by delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and operational insights that drive performance. This role ensures alignment between sales activity, inventory, and revenue realization in a complex, data-driven advertising environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Programmatic, or Ad Tech
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with programmatic advertising ecosystems, including DSPs and ad tech platforms
  • Strong understanding of inventory, supply dynamics, and yield optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pipeline, pacing, and revenue reports for Programmatic sales performance
  • Analyze data across DSPs, inventory, and campaign performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support forecasting and scenario analysis, including supply and yield considerations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Ops, and Finance to ensure alignment between forecast, delivery, and revenue
  • Execute core business operations workflows to support accurate reporting and performance tracking
  • Assist in preparing sales targets, pacing reports, and pipeline analytics
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency
