About The Position

Stryker is seeking a curious, motivated, and improvement-minded Compliance Analyst to support essential IT compliance programs. The role combines hands-on work in document control, training compliance, audit readiness, and nonconformance/corrective and preventive action (NC/CAPA) processes with opportunities to explore AI, automation, and practical process improvements. The analyst will work with experienced team members to understand compliance requirements and apply technology responsibly. Extensive compliance experience is not required; initiative, creativity, follow-through, and eagerness to learn are especially valuable. The role includes coordinating controlled documents in Windchill PLM; supporting learning assignments and records in ComplianceWire LMS; assisting with NC/CAPA records in Trackwise; and supporting audit evidence collection, responses, and follow-up. The analyst will also identify repetitive tasks and workflow bottlenecks, test approved AI and automation tools, develop scoped improvements with guidance, evaluate and document solutions, and help colleagues adopt them. Appropriate controls for confidentiality, accuracy, human review, data protection, and regulatory compliance must be applied. The position is hybrid, with 10% travel.
