The Distribution Enablement team is a vibrant part of CI GAM National Distribution that interacts with multiple teams, departments, and individuals across the firm. We are seeking a resourceful, solutions‑oriented team member who combines strong problem‑solving abilities with hands-on Salesforce expertise and a creative approach to improving processes, tools, and sales effectiveness. In this role, you will help optimize our sales technology stack, support key initiatives, and drive meaningful improvements across our sales organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or asset management.
  • Has a solid understanding of Mutual Funds and the Investment Management Industry.
  • Post‑secondary education.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Seismic or Tableau experience considered an asset).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment as evidenced by strong time management, project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, macros)
  • This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Seismic or Tableau experience considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration, enhancement, and optimization of key sales tools including Salesforce and Seismic.
  • Help design and maintain a centralized knowledge and training library for sales tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Monitor our sales enablement applications to ensure the content is timely, appropriate, and accurate.
  • Conduct gap analyses current sales processes, workflows, and systems; recommend solutions and build actionable implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners (Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics) to introduce innovative and productivity‑enhancing initiatives.
  • Assist in — and at times lead — the identification of project deliverables, development of milestones, and execution of enhancements.
  • Ensure all required documentation, training materials, processes, and tools are in place to support seamless adoption by the Sales team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clearly define expectations, communicate progress, and ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Support sales activation initiatives, including product launches, programs, and campaign execution, helping bring creative ideas to life.
