About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and efficient Disbursements Analyst for our team. This role is critical for managing high-volume complex account reconciliations during a peak period. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel capabilities, a strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in an Disbursements Analyst or similar financial role, preferably within a high-volume environment.
Must be highly proficient in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables; experience with Power BI or advanced data modeling is a plus.
Solid understanding of ERP systems. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) is highly preferred.
Strong ability to analyze financial data, spot inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI or advanced data modeling is a plus.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform regular reconciliations of PCard accounts and the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manipulate large datasets and track outstanding liabilities.
Meet strict weekly and monthly reconciliation deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently to support month-end close activities.
Work well with team members on discrepancies within reconciliation review with a professional demeanor.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit.
