About The Position

Disbursements Financial Analyst Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Disbursements Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to financial disbursements, ensuring our customers and partners get the answers they need quickly and accurately. You'll be a vital part of our operations, managing inquiries, performing daily check audits, and researching payment details. If you have a strong sense of ownership and a knack for details, this is the perfect role for you. This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service position. Please note that this role does not offer remote or work-from-home options.

Responsibilities

Field incoming questions and resolve issues from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Ensure accuracy and compliance by performing daily check audits.
Process check replacement requests
Dig into the details to research and resolve issues with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.
Communicate with stakeholders to keep payments running smoothly.
Tackle a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting the Finder garnishment program.
