As part of the Americas Digital Strategy and Go to Market Team, the Digital Business Analyst plays a critical role in shaping, optimizing, and driving adoption of North America’s digital portfolio. This role blends data-driven insights, business partnerships, and strategic activation to ensure our digital platforms deliver measurable value to Sales, Marketing, and our Distributor/Customer ecosystem. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with local markets, global digital and commercial teams, as well as external vendors to ensure strategic, successful digital product development, go-lives, and adoption of new digital tools and features. Your work will directly shape how teams sell, collaborate, and serve customers across North America.
