About The Position

This Analyst role sits within our Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) team supporting both internal business partners and the external vendor community. A fundamental component of the role is change and process management to support SS&P and the Contingent Workforce Program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a medium to large professional enterprise or 1+ years of sourcing, VMS, MSP, recruiting, operations, workforce or contingent labor support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MS Office skills including Excel, SharePoint, Word and Power Point
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, with an ability to prioritize individual workload based on business needs and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to interact well with individuals at all levels of management, internal and external.
  • Relationship building skills through providing consistent & transparent customer service to the Business Units we support
  • Grace under pressure and a sense of humor!

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Experience using Ariba or other Procure-to-Pay tools preferred
  • Experience using Beeline, or other VMS or Workforce Management tools

Responsibilities

  • Support Contingent Workforce Program (CWF) in day-to-day operations including on boarding, off boarding of resources as well as monitoring end dates, processing extensions and answering questions regarding the process and program
  • Support Contingent Labor Program request queues in a timely manner and within SLA.
  • Assist with creating, managing, distributing and maintaining weekly and monthly status reports for all active requisitions within VMO.
  • Bring thought leadership to identify additional cost and operational efficiencies.
  • Work in collaboration with multiple departments and business partners to develop strategy, policy and/or resolution of issues.
  • Represents and advocate SS&P strategies, policies and goals across the firm.
  • Assist with web postings on job board sites and manage/reports on posting dates, expenses, contract notifications/updates, etc.
  • Assist with compiling monthly Resource Planning reports.
  • Communicate CWF program/contract guidelines to suppliers and internal managers.
  • Perform daily administration of the CWF/Beeline system
  • Compilation of monthly reports for distribution on CWF statistics, placements/terms/transfers.
  • Performance of data entry administrative tasks.
