About The Position

Client Services, Capital Markets, has a global mandate of assisting institutional customers with completing Client Due Diligence (CDD), and reporting requirements when dealing in capital markets. As Analyst, Client Services, you serve as the main point of contact for new and existing Global Markets clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing experience. You collaborate with trading and sales desks, as well as other stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment where strong product knowledge, sound decision-making, and effective time management are essential. Reporting to the Head of Client Services or a Team Leader delegate, you are responsible for completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence, collecting Swap Dealer Regulatory reporting information, and supporting periodic client reviews. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 3 days per week in the office, while other days will be remote.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AML / KYC, Dodd-Frank and OTC reporting preferably in a function related to Capital Markets and customer-facing role.
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Confident and professional when communicating with customers, sales & trading and all levels of the organization including teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing Global Markets clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing experience.
  • Collaborate with trading and sales desks, as well as other stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence.
  • Collect Swap Dealer Regulatory reporting information.
  • Support periodic client reviews.
  • Act as the main point of contact for front office sales and trading, as well as internal departments such as credit, legal, and operations, on assigned client cases.
  • Coordinate with business sponsors, supervisors, and responsible teams to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time in the client onboarding system.
  • Conduct research and inquiries to gather the necessary documentation for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure work meets audit, examination and quality assurance standards.
  • Assess factors that affect each client’s AML risk profile, enabling timely decisions and appropriate action for clients with higher risk.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales and trading desks to request and collect documentation for onboarding or review purposes.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain all required information.
  • Share relevant details with internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for Operations and Support teams when setting up clients in systems and applications.
  • Support colleagues by contributing to special projects and temporary assignments.
