About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Business Operations Specialist, the Analyst, Business Operations Specialist supports the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, policies, and procedures. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and operational logs, identifying process gaps, and supporting operational readiness for FY26/27 project delivery. Working collaboratively across departments, the Analyst helps streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, support implementation activities, and ensure operational activities are completed in alignment with established service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2-3 years’ financial services industry experience working in a high growth environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in vendor and custodian management.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer/client-service facing role.
  • Proficiency with the MSOffice suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with expertise in handling large data sets and performing complex comparisons for analysis and insight.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day to day work and long-term goals.
  • Excellent attitude and commitment to providing extraordinary service.
  • An excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving with strong analytical thinking and initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, process maps, operational logs, and related documentation to support consistent and effective business operations.
  • Support operational readiness for FY26/27 project delivery by documenting processes, assessing impacts, and ensuring successful transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and automation, recommending and implementing improvements where appropriate.
  • Partner with internal departments and project teams to gather requirements, align operational processes, and support the implementation of business initiatives.
  • Ensure operational activities, documentation, and deliverables are completed accurately and within established service standards and timelines.
  • Identify and escalate operational risks, process deficiencies, and control gaps while supporting audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
