About The Position

The Analyst, Business Systems Enablement supports the development and implementation of system processes, policies, and procedures. The role focuses on improving efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and ensuring accurate client data entry across multiple business systems. This data directly impacts both client-facing and internal platforms. The Analyst also ensures requests are completed in alignment with service standards, while contributing to quality control, automation initiatives, and departmental projects that enhance overall system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2-3 years’ financial services industry experience working in a high growth environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in vendor and custodian management.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer/client-service facing role.
  • Proficiency with the MSOffice suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with expertise in handling large data sets and performing complex comparisons for analysis and insight.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day to day work and long-term goals.

  • An excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving with strong analytical thinking and initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of client-related data across multiple business systems.
  • Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
  • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies that affect client-facing platforms and internal operation.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal system enablement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system gaps and recommend enhancements.
  • Participate in system testing, configuration, and rollout of new features or updates.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Design and implement streamlined processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and escalate risks related to data accuracy, system integrity, or process failures.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to remediation efforts as needed.
  • Ensure all requests and tasks are completed in alignment with defined service standards, contributing to a consistent and reliable client experience.
