This role supports the Field Performance & Analytics team by conducting data-driven business analyses that help drive performance management across T-Mobile's Micro & Fiber and Metro channels. The primary focus is data sourcing — extracting, querying, and organizing data from multiple systems, including SQL and enterprise reporting platforms, to build the reporting and analytical foundation the team relies on to get to solutions. Day-to-day work starts with requirements gathering: understanding what the business needs, identifying the right data sources, and pulling and structuring that data accurately. From there, the analyst supports report creation, spend and performance analysis, and insights development that inform strategic decisions. Leveraging AI tools and automation is an important part of how this team operates — candidates who are curious about applying AI to improve efficiency, accelerate data workflows, or enhance reporting quality will thrive here.
