About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking an "Analyst-Business 2" for one of our direct clients in "Pomona, CA 91768 - Hybrid". This role provides scheduling support for User Acceptance Testing for NextGen ERP, including reserving rooms, sending invites, configuring rooms, ordering food and beverages, providing onsite support, logging defects, and taking direction from testing leads. When testing is not active, the position will offer facility and logistical support, tracking support, and will help coordinate and plan events and large meetings for team health and development activities, ranging from lunch and learns to major all-hands meetings. The role involves schedule management across multiple teams and disciplines, document management, tracking attendance, reporting statistics, special projects, developing communications, validating program documentation, developing processes and procedures, teamwork and collaboration, facility coordination, food and beverage logistics, coordination with senior management, setting up meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining an inventory of facility issues with tracking resolution.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
  • Ability to balance multiple calendar demands at one time
  • Knowledge of basic room AV – Wifi connectivity
  • Organization of tracking defects, tracking or participants, cancelations, room reservations, ordering and budget spend tracking
  • Ability to make presentations

  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work while handling multiple simultaneous requests

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred knowledge of SCE facilities and working with hotels or events centers
  • Familiarity with SCE work locations, policy, practices and procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio visual issues related to virtual and in-person meetings
  • Expertise with Power BI or similar dashboard tools
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans, project status reports and executive summaries
  • Ability to present complex information to a large audience at the appropriate level of detail
