About The Position

This function specifically focuses on analyzing and processing transfer of assets delivery requests of mutual fund and brokerage accounts for several lines of business including Retail, Correspondent and Advisor customers. Within this role you will interact with many different groups in Fidelity and throughout the Financial Services industry.

Requirements

Financial Services Operations experience
Series 7 License required
5+ years of brokerage operations experience required
Strong analytical skills and are detail oriented
Ability to manage time effectively and independently within a dynamic team while meeting high performance standards
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external business partners
Ability to take initiative and identify process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies within the department
Ability to contribute and excel in a fast‑paced, highly engaged, team‑oriented environment, while maintaining a positive, open‑minded attitude
Exceptional problem resolution skills with the ability to assess risk and interpret business requirements to deliver well-informed, effective solutions
Proven experience in delivering constructive, actionable feedback that supports team development and fosters continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Meeting and maintaining minimum productivity level requirements
Performing analysis on transactions to ensure all business requirements have been met
Delivering quality work in every interaction through timely and accurate processing
Handling written inquiries from internal business partners, correspondent firms and other financial services companies
Prioritizing work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure multiple deadlines are met every day
Fostering team collaboration and coaching teammates through constructive feedback
Analyzing Transfer Initiation Forms and initiating delivery transfers of a wide variety of asset types, including money, stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
Using multiple channels to deliver these assets, which include the Automated Customer Account Transfer System (ACATS) and the Depository Trust Company (DTC), among others.
Interacting and coordinating with internal business partners as well as counterparts across the Financial Services industry.
Handling transfer out requests and written inquiries regarding these requests for all internal lines of businesses to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner.
Delivering quality in every interaction with the end goal of helping our clients meet their financial needs.
