The Analyst, Benefits and HRIS supports the strategic analysis, evaluation, and optimization of the organization’s benefits programs and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure benefit offerings and HR systems are effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals, while delivering accurate data, insights, and reporting to support informed decision‑making.
