About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields or equivalent experience
  • Strong Excel modeling and quantitative skills
  • Ambition, a strong desire to learn, to achieve, to advance your career
  • 0-2 years of related business experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, presentation and analytical skills
  • A strong interest in real estate and real estate investing
  • Organizational skills; the ability manage your time, focus and communicate with clarity
  • A sense of urgency, an internal clock that helps you move with purpose
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • The ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support the Asset Management team in the development and execution of strategic assets plans intended to maximize portfolio value and report performance results to senior leadership
  • Perform analysis of property financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Research partnership agreements, financing documents, regulatory agreements, tax returns and other source documents as needed
  • Coordinate communications and manage requests from investors, lenders, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Forge strong relationships with operating partners, work through challenges, and communicate concerns to internal leadership when expectations are not being met
  • Be an active participant in the creation of annual operating and capital budgets
  • Support the Compliance team in monitoring compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple government agencies and programs
  • Participate in ad hoc projects within Asset Management and other departments as needed
