Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.
  • IT Systems and Application Support Specialist with experience specifically in high-volume manufacturing, corrugated, warehousing, and packaging plant environments.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting the CIMS II software ecosystem

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
  • Prior experience in the containerboard industry and proficiency in SQL.
  • Prior experience in Business Software Application Support and Testing Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping customers solve problems related to business software applications. Applications include Customer Maintenance, Master Tables, Spec Building, Estimating, Pricing, Order Processing, Scheduling, Shipping, Invoicing, Inventory, Security, Payroll, Reports, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Roll Stock and the Box Plant Maintenance System.
  • As a member of the centralized team, provides software application support to end users.
  • Responds to user questions, requests, and/or problems dealing with the business software applications submitted via a Remedy help desk software to ensure quality assurance.
  • Also involved in testing all programing changes made by the Applications Development Group.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and debug issues related to business software applications.
  • Assist in documenting user documentation required skills and qualifications and other duties as assigned.
