Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Applications Intermediate. This will be 100% onsite at Fairbanks Hall in Indianapolis, IN. Scope: This person will primarily interact with the simulation center team, simulation technicians, the simulation center director, and the medical director. The simulation center operates as a partnership among the IU School of Nursing, IU School of Medicine, and IU Health, supporting high-stakes testing. In addition to providing standard desktop and application support for simulation center staff, the individual will support specialized simulation technology. This includes troubleshooting and maintaining the SimCapture audiovisual system used for high-stakes testing and managing the software, firmware, and hardware of simulation mannequins, which contain multiple embedded computers. Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades Operations Simulation Center hardware and software under general supervision. Administers and maintains security of operating systems. Provides operational support for the organization's information systems, peripheral equipment, and clinical applications. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware. Solves moderately complex problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
