About The Position

Related Affordable is hiring early-career analysts for its 2027 Affordable Preservation Program (APP), a 24-month rotational opportunity providing hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in its affordable housing division. Analysts receive exposure to functional areas, mentorship from senior leaders, and professional development intended to prepare them for long-term careers in affordable housing. The program is headquartered in New York City and may include a six-month placement in a regional office in Boston, Chicago, or Los Angeles. Rotation lengths and the overall program duration may change based on business needs and individual development. The program may provide experience in acquisitions, portfolio management, asset management, community engagement, construction management, and property management. A full-time position may be available after successful completion, but program completion does not guarantee permanent employment. Placement depends on completion of program objectives and rotations, performance and collaboration, alignment with Related Affordable values, and business needs and available positions. Analysts receive regular feedback, mentorship, and support throughout their rotations. The anticipated base salary is $100,000. Analysts are also eligible for discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
