About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial operations, contract activities, billing, reconciliations, and customer account management. The role will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
Experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations.
1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.

Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams.
Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
Create and submit invoices to our external customers.
Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.
