As an Analyst 2 – Go To Market, you will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights that power strategic decision-making across the Sales organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver meaningful analyses, reporting, and recommendations that drive business performance and growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how we evaluate market performance, distributor effectiveness, and sales initiatives. You will dive deep into data, leveraging multiple systems and tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Your work will support everything from monthly reporting and executive presentations to long-term strategic projects that influence how we go to market. You’ll also contribute to Sales Integration efforts, supporting new item launches, allocation processes, and distributor setup activities while ensuring consistency and accuracy across reporting and deliverables. Through your leadership on special projects and your ability to connect insights to action, you’ll help improve performance across distributors and internal teams.
