About The Position
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, enjoys being around people, and working in a fun environment with video games, bowling, or karaoke.
Requirements
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
- Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
- Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
- Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
- Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
- Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
- Conducts lost and found procedures by company policies.
- Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
- Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
