About The Position
Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department. Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly, and outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and working in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire! Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply. Open availability, especially morning and mid-shift is preferred.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Responsibilities
- During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
- Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
- Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
- Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
- Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
- Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
- Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
- Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
- Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
