About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, enjoys being around people, and working in a fun environment, with an interest in video games, bowling, or karaoke.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment preferred.
• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Required to use hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine whether their needs are met during assigned shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters are clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond professionally and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answer phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control according to company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
