About The Position

Serve as both a Workforce Specialist and a peer leader for a team member. Enhance team effectiveness, cohesion, and development. Model service practices and provide on-the-spot assistance and training to other members. Lead weekly team meetings and member development/reflection activities. Organize and facilitate team service projects. Serve as a communication bridge between members, program staff, and site supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Has not enrolled more than four times in an AmeriCorps State or National Direct Program, or more than five one-year terms for VISTA programs or two terms for NCCC programs.
