About The Position

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Plains is hiring a full-time AmeriCorps VISTA Member for a 12-month service commitment, from January 11, 2027, through January 10, 2028. VISTA members strengthen the organization through projects involving internal operations and management, program development, resource development, sustainability, and strategic relationships. The position offers an opportunity to engage with youth, contribute to a nonprofit organization, and gain professional experience while learning about Native cultures in a diverse setting.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 or older.
• A fingerprint and criminal history check is part of the application process.
• Commit to full-time service for 12 months, from January 11, 2027, through January 10, 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support projects that strengthen the organization’s internal operations and management.
• Contribute to program development.
• Support resource development.
• Work on sustainability projects.
• Help develop strategic relationships.
