About The Position

The SCP Coordinator supports the AmeriCorps Seniors: Senior Companion Program by supervising volunteers in assigned counties who provide companionship to homebound and socially isolated older adults. Working under the SCP Director, this role handles volunteer recruitment, training, and placement; coordinates with nonprofit partner agencies; and assists with program compliance with AmeriCorps Seniors grant requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years’ experience in community-based services and programming.
