Blueprint Schools Network•Globe, AZ
•$21,000 - $24,000•Onsite

About The Position

Blueprint Schools Network is hiring an AmeriCorps Math Fellow for a one-academic-school-year term of service in Miami, Arizona. Fellows deliver intensive, personalized small-group math instruction during the school day to help students strengthen foundational math skills, build confidence, and accelerate learning. Most service hours are spent tutoring students; remaining hours are earned through professional development and volunteer activities. Fellows receive structured onboarding, daily collaborative planning time, regular one-on-one instructional coaching, and up to 72 hours of professional growth. The role offers practice-based experience and may help participants explore pathways into teaching, teacher certification, or graduate study. AmeriCorps members receive a bi-weekly living allowance rather than a salary or hourly wage. For the 2026–2027 school year, the Arizona stipend band is $21,000–$24,000 for school-day schedules of six hours or more. Eligible members in good standing may also receive an end-of-term living allowance balance based on their service slot: $2,000 for full-time (1,700 hours), $1,000 for three-quarter time (1,200 hours), or $500 for half-time (900 hours). Members who successfully complete their term may be eligible for a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award. Full-time members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage with the individual-level premium paid by Blueprint; other benefits and supports are described below.
