Requirements

  • Requires broad knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have practical knowledge of program or project management.
  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Ability to effectively communicate/work with others
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter
  • Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Plan amenity campus programming coordinating with sales, land, marketing.
  • Prepare due diligence and ongoing budgets based on previous project actual costs or subcontractor budgets.
  • Manage amenity budget, schedule, cash flow in accordance with Division goals.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, utilities and other government agencies to complete amenities.
  • Select, manage and coordinate consultant teams.
  • Solicit, analyze, and award amenity trade bids and contracts.
  • Manage development trade contracts and development schedules.
  • Review design documents, site plans, construction documents and engineering plans for amenity coordination and accuracy.
  • Check availability and location of all utilities, including sanitary sewer, water, gas and storm management.
  • Manage field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
  • Review, confirm and approve amenity work orders and invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
