About The Position

The Amenity Attendant maintains the presentation, cleanliness, and usability of amenity and other public spaces, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment while providing excellent customer service. The role helps shape guests’ first impressions by keeping spaces clean, uncluttered, and safe. It involves spending long hours on your feet, carrying and moving items, and operating equipment, while remaining friendly and pleasant with guests.

Requirements

• Physical ability to spend long hours on their feet and carry and move items, including heavy objects.
• Ability to learn to operate industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to act quickly or report anything out of place.
• Friendly and pleasant manner when interacting with guests.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to remember regular customers’ names and make them feel special.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wash floors, clean mirrors and glass surfaces, and dust furniture and equipment.
• Dispose of garbage according to building standards and follow recycling requirements.
• Clean restrooms, restock supplies, and notify the relevant party when new stock needs to be ordered.
• Organize and store equipment that is out of place.
• Report losses or damage requiring repair.
• Clean fitness equipment according to specified protocols to help maintain the machines.
• Organize amenity spaces before and after classes or events.
• Maintain clean, clutter-free, safe, and usable amenity and public spaces while providing excellent customer service.
