Your Role & Responsibilities: Provide leadership, management, and oversight of nursing practice and clinical care delivery. Coordinate and supervise the assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Support efficient clinic operations through problem-solving, staffing, and resource management. Collaborate with multiple teams across pediatric specialties to ensure seamless patient care. Ensure adequate staffing and material resources are available to support patient needs. Mentor and support clinical staff, fostering a positive, compliant, and ethical work environment. Adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Assist with clinical problem-solving and operational challenges to promote high-quality care.
