About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to practice closely with the Pediatric Orthopedic team to help care for patients with fractures, spina bifida, club foot, spinal fusions, and more. The role involves providing evidence-based, high-quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart. Responsibilities include assisting with care coordination and clinic procedures such as wound care, incision checks, pre-op appointments, and pin pulls. The RN will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve consistent and positive patient outcomes, provide education and guidance to patients and families, and utilize evidence and science to guide practice.

Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing
  • 6 months of RN experience
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Relevant RN experience
  • Applicable clinical certification
