About The Position

Main Line Health's Lankenau Heart Group is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join their large and collaborative cardiology practice. This role involves supporting patients through care coordination, telephone triage, follow-up communication, and collaboration with providers in a busy ambulatory setting. The practice is described as fast-paced and team-oriented, with nurses, physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff working together to provide exceptional service and coordinated care for cardiology patients.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
• Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting, including strong telephone triage and patient communication skills
• Experience with medication refills, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance information
