Join the Ambulatory Cardiology Clinic in Lafayette, located at 5177 McCarty Lane, and make a meaningful impact caring for cardiovascular patients alongside a collaborative team of 23 providers. This hybrid role offers an exceptional work-life balance with one week onsite per month and three weeks remote, working four 10-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Responsibilities include telephone triage, nurse visits, prior authorizations, FMLA paperwork, and coordinating patient appointments, testing, and procedures. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of RN experience in a hospital or clinic setting and a passion for delivering outstanding patient-centered care in a growing cardiology practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Two years of RN experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
