Ambulatory Clinical Tech Part Time
About The Position
The Ambulatory Clinical Tech acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN). The role supports the examination and treatment of patients, facilitates clinic flow, and provides excellent patient care. The tech performs basic skills according to department guidelines and policies and communicates observations to members of the health care team. The position is part time in the Urgent Care Virtual - Medical Group West department at Corewell Health's Grand Rapids location. It is scheduled for 20 hours per week, with day shifts and variable hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Days worked are Monday through Friday, with variable weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.
