About The Position

This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team members deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services. The Ambulatory Clinical Clerical Technician (ACCT) role will directly support the team of neuropsychologists and psychometrists to enhance clinic operations and the patient experience by managing a variety of administrative functions. The ACCT role will assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination needed to prepare for a patient's visit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support experience
• 2 years of clinical care experience
