About The Position

These roles focus on enhancing the quality of patient care and ensuring a safe healthcare environment. Professionals in these roles work to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor performance to enhance overall clinical outcomes and patient safety. These roles are responsible for evaluating and enhancing existing protocols and processes within the university’s healthcare system. Process improvement specialists analyze workflow efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize operations, reduce waste, and improve the quality of care and services provided. Individual contributors who provide support to an organization, often in direct service, operational, technical or administrative functions. Spends majority of time in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. Opportunities for progression outside this career stream are typically limited without additional education or significant training and experience. Fully competent and productive individual contributor. Works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Makes minor adjustments to working methods. Communicates information that requires explanation or interpretation.

Requirements

High School or equivalent required.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience working as a call center trainer or team leader.
Strongly preferred help desk/information systems; data analysis extraction and systems interface.
