About The Position
UC Health is hiring Ambulatory Access Center Representatives. The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients. Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- 0-6 months of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
