This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys coordinating lifesaving transportation. The company is looking for dependable professionals with strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Requirements
- Prior EMS Dispatching Experience
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent Phone and Customer Service Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ambulance crews and patient transports
- Communicate with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and field personnel
- Manage schedules and resources efficiently
- Keep operations running safely, smoothly, and on time
