About The Position

Turning Point Brands Canada (TPB Canada) is a consumer products company with significant scale, recognized brands, and strong momentum. Our core business is in cannabis lifestyle essentials, where we have developed leading accessory brands and a robust commercial presence. Additionally, we manage a well-established general merchandise and sports apparel business, and we are experiencing high growth with Fusion, a ready-to-drink protein shot brand that is attracting a new consumer audience. These are not secondary projects but live, growing businesses, and this role is central to scaling them digitally. Amazon is our most critical marketplace channel, and this position will focus primarily on it. We are also expanding to new platforms, and this individual will be key to our presence on those channels as they develop. The work environment is entrepreneurial with minimal politics, offering real ownership, autonomy, and clear accountability. Leadership is hands-on and accessible, and successful candidates are proactive self-starters who can take initiatives from concept to execution without constant management.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience including FBA operations, account health, and catalog management.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve Amazon issues independently including listing suppressions, Brand Registry matters, and account flags.
  • Deep, hands-on Amazon Advertising experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display — including campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword and ASIN targeting, and ROAS optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Experience with other Canadian or North American marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a regulated or restricted product category is a strong asset.
  • French proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a meaningful differentiator for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central operations, including account health, catalog integrity, listing quality, and FBA inventory across the portfolio.
  • Monitor account health proactively and flag issues with a clear proposed resolution before they escalate.
  • Manage listing updates, content optimization, A+ content, and Brand Registry maintenance across our brands.
  • Resolve listing suppressions and policy flags independently and without delay.
  • Own Amazon Advertising end-to-end — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP where applicable — with a mandate to drive growth, improve ROAS, and reduce wasted spend.
  • Stay current on Amazon policy changes and assess their impact on our listings, advertising, and account standing.
  • Support the growth of our presence across additional marketplaces as our platform footprint expands.
  • Monitor for unauthorized resellers and counterfeit activity and take action using the tools available.
  • Track and report on performance across channels, bringing clear recommendations rather than just numbers.
  • Actively monitor the Amazon AI and marketplace tech landscape and bring forward new tools, platforms, and approaches that can improve our performance.
  • Lead the Amazon growth strategy for Fusion Protein as we expand into new flavors and product lines — proactively developing category-specific advertising plans, keyword strategies, and competitive positioning recommendations.
