Amazon Lead- New Ventures

Earthbound BrandsNew York, NY

About The Position

Earthbound Brands is building and launching two new consumer products—a youth sports beverage and a fuel canister—and we need someone to own our Amazon channel from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Amazon. As our Amazon Lead within the New Ventures team, you will be the single point of ownership for everything Amazon across both brands: fulfillment, listings, advertising, and the day-to-day relationship with Amazon. You’re not learning the platform on the job—you already know what good looks like and can hit the ground running.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, including day-to-day execution—not just strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of FBA operations, including shipment prep, pallet requirements, and inbound logistics
  • Experience building and optimizing product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores
  • Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and ASINs simultaneously
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in a startup environment with new product launches

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amazon-specific analytics and research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
  • Background in CPG, consumer products, or beverage/outdoor categories
  • Experience launching new brands or products on Amazon from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) workflow, including inventory planning, shipment creation, pallet prep, labeling, and compliance with Amazon’s inbound requirements
  • Ensure packaging, labeling, and pallet documentation meet Amazon specifications before shipment
  • Monitor inventory health, restock timing, and FBA fee optimization
  • Troubleshoot shipment discrepancies, stranded inventory, and suppressed listings
  • Own product detail pages—titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content—partnering with our creative team on copy and visual assets
  • Brief the creative team on Amazon-specific content requirements and best practices
  • Keep listings accurate, updated, and optimized across both brands
  • Coordinate catalog setup for new ASINs, variations, and Brand Registry
  • Plan and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Own advertising budgets, bid strategy, and performance reporting
  • Execute promotional strategies including coupons, deals, Lightning Deals, and Subscribe & Save where applicable
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with Amazon, including Seller Support, account representatives, and Brand Registry
  • Stay current on policy changes, category requirements, and compliance updates
  • Manage case logs, appeals, and escalations as needed
  • Track and report on sales, advertising performance, organic ranking, and inventory metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on pricing, assortment, and channel direction

Benefits

  • Salary range is commensurate with experience and location.
