Requirements

  • Proof of ability to execute on Amazon.
  • Experience managing real ASINs and making live listing updates.
  • Comfortable updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
  • Reputation for double-checking work and ensuring accuracy.
  • Systems-first operations mindset, working from checklists and SOPs.
  • Real fluency in Amazon Seller Central, including knowledge of listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history.
  • Experience opening and managing cases end-to-end.
  • Strong instincts for SEO, keywords, and listing performance.
  • Experience using tools like Helium 10 (or similar) for keyword research and tracking.
  • Understanding of Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) and their contribution across the funnel.
  • Ability to export and organize campaign data accurately.
  • Data accuracy is taken personally; reports are trusted.

Responsibilities

  • Own listings, cases, and data with precision.
  • Make live listing updates, including titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
  • Maintain organized case logs, properly named files, and meet deadlines without reminders.
  • Spot and fix inconsistencies before they escalate into suppressions, rejections, or account health issues.
  • Open and manage cases end-to-end, providing necessary documentation and escalating strategically.
  • Use tools like Helium 10 (or similar) to research and track keywords, update listings, and monitor rank and traffic.
  • Understand how Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) fit into the marketplace ecosystem.
  • Export and organize campaign data accurately, recognize underperforming elements, and flag issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets, exports, formulas, and reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
  • Communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and escalate blockers early.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple listings and live campaigns under tight timelines.
