Requirements

  • Proof of ability to execute on Amazon listings, cases, and data with precision.
  • Experience managing real ASINs and making live listing updates.
  • Comfortable updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
  • Reputation for double-checking work and ensuring accuracy.
  • Systems-first operations mindset, working from checklists and SOPs.
  • Organized case logs, properly named files, and meeting deadlines without reminders.
  • Ability to spot inconsistencies early and fix them.
  • Real fluency in Amazon Seller Central, including knowledge of where to find specific reports and notifications.
  • Comfortable opening and managing cases end-to-end.
  • Experience with SEO, keywords, and listing performance optimization.
  • Experience using tools like Helium 10 (or similar) for keyword research and tracking.
  • Understanding of how Amazon ads fit into the ecosystem and contribute across the funnel.
  • Ability to export and organize campaign data accurately.
  • Ability to recognize underperforming ad elements.
  • Adherence to existing ad structures and naming conventions.
  • Data accuracy taken personally, with attention to detail in spreadsheets and reports.

  • Understand how Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) fit into the marketplace ecosystem.
  • Export and organize campaign data accurately.
  • Recognize underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
