About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Guest Services team as an AM Breakfast Attendant for their MClub Lounge at the Marriott Phoenix Chandler. This role involves setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the complimentary breakfast service, ensuring food stations are stocked, tables are cleared, and guests receive friendly service. The position requires adherence to food safety standards, replenishing items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized area. This is a weekend position, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Must be available to work Weekends - Saturday & Sunday 5:30am-2pm

Responsibilities

Prepare the buffet, coffee, and beverage stations before opening and clean the area after service concludes.
Monitor food levels (cereal, pastries, hot items) to keep the buffet fully stocked and tidy.
Greet guests, assist with special requests, and promptly address complaints with a professional, friendly attitude.
Clear and sanitize tables, mop floors, take out trash, and clean serving equipment according to health codes.
Track inventory levels, restock supplies (napkins, utensils), and notify management of low items.
