AM Breakfast Server
About The Position
We are looking to add AM Servers to our team. This position pays $10.98 per hour plus tips. The AM Breakfast Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests in a fast-paced, upscale beachfront resort restaurant. This role requires a warm, polished, and attentive service style, ensuring that each guest begins their day with outstanding hospitality, personalized service, and efficient execution. The Breakfast Server greets guests promptly, presents menus, takes accurate food and beverage orders, and coordinates with the culinary team to ensure timely and flawless service. They must possess strong knowledge of breakfast offerings, specialty beverages, and resort amenities, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This position requires early morning availability, the ability to handle high-volume service periods with grace, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences reflective of a luxury coastal dining environment. Requirements
- Previous experience a plus
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
- Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
- Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
- Complete all closing side work at end of shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
- Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
