The FOCUS Alumni Team exists to support our alumni as they continue to know Christ Jesus and fulfill His Great Commission — living missionary discipleship out in the world. As a Mission Manager, you’ll bring that mission to life by coaching and supporting Alumni Coordinators who lead Communities of Mission (CoMs) across the country—while also serving as the Coordinator of your own local CoM. You’ll accompany Coordinators as they welcome alumni, build community, and encourage missionary discipleship in their cities. You’ll provide clarity, vision, and structured support, helping each CoM operate with consistency and vitality. This role blends relational leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on CoM experience, and will include periodic visits to the cities you manage to strengthen relationships and support local mission efforts.
