About The Position

The Blanchard Institute is a family-centered behavioral health treatment center, specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. We are committed to delivering clinically sophisticated, evidence-based care while integrating the family system into the healing process. With a focus on whole-person wellness, same-day access to care, and long-term recovery outcomes, our work is rooted in compassion, integrity, and measurable impact for the individuals and families we serve. The Alumni Coordinator fosters long-term recovery, engagement and community among former clients through follow-up outreach, event planning, and support groups. They bridge the gap between active treatment and sustained recovery. Day-to-day work involves managing databases, coordinating recovery events and facilitating social media connection.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and empathy
Valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, a human services field, or communications, marketing, business or related field preferred.
At least one year experience in event planning, alumni relations or community outreach preferred.
Lived experience valued
